About World Gospel Outreach and Rancho Ebenezer:
Rancho Ebenezer’s primary function is to provide a place for at-risk children (orphaned or abandoned) to experience God’s plan for a Christian family.  These children live with house parents from Honduras, North America, and around the world who have been specially selected for their Christian values and their experience in raising a family.
The opportunity to live in a loving family atmosphere, modeled by their foster care family, provides a foundation on which to build their own family structure as they reach adulthood. Along with this, Rancho Ebenezer provides a place for their academic studies with its own bilingual elementary school.

Honduran Advocate Team (HAT):
The Honduran Advocate Team (HAT) is a Small Group here at New Life, and functions as the local support entity for Eric & Kymm Schultz and Ron Langejans while they serve in Honduras with World Gospel Outreach. Singles, couples and families are encouraged to involve themselves through ongoing prayer and financial supports, as well as participating in various HAT programs or serving with a short-term mission team.  If you would like more information about HAT, email Greg or Patti Kerr, or call them at 623.486.0168.

Short Term Mission Team:
The 2007 Construction Team is scheduled to be at Rancho Ebenezer from August 11th to 18th.  The HAT Leadership Team is currently working with WGO to identify dates for 2008. For more information regarding short-term mission opportunities to Honduras, email Chad or Cassie Woolgar, call them at 623.815.9484.

On-going Fund Raising Programs:
The sale of Cloud Forest Coffee is a regular, on-gong fund raising program at NLCC.  This program provides direct financial support for the WGO ministry at Rancho Ebenezer, as well as allowing HAT to provide supplemental funding for opportunities that might arise for the NLCC missionaries. Cloud Forest Coffee is grown at Rancho Ebenezer and is all organic.  It is available in both ground and whole bean (sorry, no decaf) for just $12.00 per lb.
Fry’s Food Cards are available for either Eric and Kymm Schultz or Ron Langejans.   These gift cards are used to purchase groceries, with a percentage of each grocery purchase going directly to the financial support of the designated missionaries.  These gift cards can be reloaded for any amount at either the Information Counter or with the cashier before checking out.  Kymm reports this is a very effective way to provide the additional financial support they need for the various ministry activities at Rancho Ebenezer. Contact Patti Kerr if there are any questions.
