New Life's Children's Ministry has a long, successful history of protecting what is precious to us. Each child that walks through New Life's doors is very precious to us. To protect them, we have developed check-in and check-out procedures:
Camp Agape
Located in the foyer of the main sanctuary is our "Camp Agape" check-in for children, infants through kindergarten. At the counter, you will be required to sign your child in. After signing your child in, you will receive a numbered name tag for your child. You will print your child's name on the name tag and then place the name tag on your child before taking your child to their classroom. The parent will be given a coordinating receipt/sticker with a number on it that matches your child's nametag number. After signing your child in, receiving their name tag and your matching number, you can then proceed to your child's designated classroom.
Notice the number at the top of your receipt. Watch the monitor in the main sanctuary for your child's number. If it appears, please go to your child's room immediately.
Before picking up your child from their classroom, you must sign your child out at the counter in the foyer of the main sanctuary. After signing your child out, proceed to your child's designated classroom.
Before leaving the Camp Agape area/hallway, you must present your receipt/sticker to the hall monitor, who will then check your child's nametag number to your matching receipt/sticker.
KidZone
Parents are asked to sign in their child at the KidZone information/registration booth. After signing in, children are then taken into the KidZone area, to their small group leader.
To pick up children, parents must go inside (KidZone) to their child's small group, and sign children out. It is our policy, that children will not be released until the parent/s sign out and pick up their child.
MAX
Students check themselves into MAX, however, students will not be released until the parent picks them up.
